Courses, webinars, working sessions, and consultation calls may be recorded for educational and operational purposes (access for current and future participants of the same program, documentation of outcomes, internal program improvement). By registering for a recorded session, you agree to its recording.

You may turn off your camera and withhold personal details you do not want recorded. Sessions may use Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms governed by their own terms.

Some courses or programs use WhatsApp or Telegram group channels. Membership means your name, profile, username, phone number, or photo may be visible to other group members according to platform design.

You must provide accurate information when registering, booking, or purchasing. If incorrect information prevents access to a service, invoice, or communication, you are responsible for the resulting delay — unless the error was on our side.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, invoice-based payment, third-party payment providers, and other pre-agreed methods. Pricing, schedules, and methods are specified on landing pages, in offers, invoices, or individual agreements.

Personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy. By using the website, forms, courses, or services, you confirm acceptance of that policy.

18. Third-party platforms

We use third-party platforms for technical infrastructure, video conferencing, analytics, payment processing, and learning management (Zoom, Google Meet, Resend, Vercel, payment processors, and others). These platforms have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their outages, errors, or service disruptions, except where applicable law expressly imposes such responsibility on us.

Materials, services, and products are designed to improve education, diagnosis, strategic thinking, marketing architecture, and business operations. Except where a specific guarantee is expressly stated in a written agreement, we make no guarantee of:

20. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marketing Architect Studio LLC and its directors, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website, services, courses, or materials.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you to the Studio for the specific service that gave rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Information provided through the website, courses, materials, or sessions is general professional guidance — not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals for those matters.

21. Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war, civil unrest, government action, internet or telecommunications failure, or epidemics. The affected party will use reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and resume performance.

We may suspend or terminate access to courses, groups, products, or services if you:

23. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions take effect on publication on this page with the new "Last updated" date. For significant changes affecting existing engagements, we'll notify the affected parties by email.

24. Entire agreement and severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Payment & Returns Policy, and any individual engagement agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Marketing Architect Studio LLC regarding your use of our services. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

25. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice. Unresolved disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.

For consumers ordinarily resident in the EU, UK, or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws, your local statutory consumer rights apply where they exceed those provided here.
