This Policy describes payment, delivery, cancellation, and refund terms for services and products provided by Marketing Architect Studio LLC ("Studio," "we," "us," "our").

Where invoices, offers, or individual contracts specify additional or different terms, those specific terms may apply or take precedence for that engagement.
3. Payment methods
We accept:
Bank transfer (wire / SEPA / domestic)
Invoice-based payment
Payment via third-party processors (where available)
Other methods pre-agreed in writing
Where payment is processed by a third-party provider, that provider's terms also apply. We do not retain full payment card details when payments are processed by third parties.
4. Pricing and confirmation
Prices are provided in offers, invoices, or in your individual agreement.
Pricing may be denominated in US Dollars (USD), Georgian Lari (GEL), or another currency, depending on the offering.
Payment is complete when funds are received in our designated account or when our payment processor confirms a successful transaction.
For bank transfers, service access or registration confirmation may occur only after we verify receipt of funds.
5. Delivery and access
Digital content and services are delivered via:
Email
Online learning platform access
File-sharing links (e.g., Google Drive)
Video conferencing links (Zoom, Google Meet) for live sessions
Closed communication channels (e.g., Telegram, WhatsApp)
Other formats as agreed
Live cohorts run on Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms. Recordings (where included) are uploaded to the learning space after each session. Recorded courses become available upon payment confirmation unless otherwise specified.
If automatic delivery fails or you experience an access issue, contact hello@marketingarchitect.net and we'll resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
6. MAS Solutions implementation & Fractional Marketing Architect — refunds and cancellation
MAS Solutions implementation and Fractional Marketing Architect engagements are scoped, ongoing engagements billed monthly or per an agreed schedule.
Minimum commitment: typically 3 months, to allow the architecture to compound.
Cancellation: The client may cancel for any reason with written notice. The current month's fee is non-refundable once that month has begun. Future months are not invoiced.
Pause: Up to one 30-day pause within the engagement is available by written request and Studio approval.
Disengagement for cause: If either party materially breaches the engagement agreement, the other party may terminate immediately. Refund eligibility is determined per the engagement agreement.
7. Managed execution & retainer engagements — refunds and cancellation
Where the Studio delivers execution as a managed retainer — directly or through partners and specialists under MAS architecture — it is billed monthly with a 3-month minimum commitment.
Minimum commitment: 3 months from kickoff.
Cancellation: The client may cancel at the end of any monthly cycle with at least 14 days' written notice. The current month's fee is non-refundable once that month's work has begun.
Service interruption: If we cannot deliver the agreed scope for reasons within our control for more than 14 consecutive days, the client may request a prorated refund for the undelivered portion.
8. Marketing Architecture Program (live course) — money-back guarantee
The 7-week Marketing Architecture Program is a live working program with cohort access.

Follow the program, do the work — and if it's still not for you, get your money back.
If, within the first 14 calendar days, a participant follows the program and completes the assigned work but is still not satisfied, they may request a full refund.
How to claim: Email us within 14 calendar days of enrollment, with proof of the completed assignments.
After the 14-day window: Refunds are typically not available, except for material technical defects or in individually agreed circumstances.
If the program is cancelled by the Studio: participants may choose between a full refund, attendance in a later cohort, or access to recorded materials.
9. Commercial Workshops
Commercial Workshops are custom engagements with custom pricing.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is typically required to confirm the booking. The deposit is refundable up to 30 days before the workshop date; thereafter it is non-refundable.
Postponement: The workshop may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least 14 days' notice.
Cancellation by client: Cancellation less than 14 days before the workshop forfeits all fees paid.
Cancellation by Studio: If we cancel, you receive a full refund or, at your option, rescheduling to a mutually agreed date.
10. Advisory consultation (1:1)
Rescheduling: You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge.
No-show: If you do not attend without prior notice, the fee is non-refundable.
Refund: A full refund is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
11. Webinars
Specific webinar refund terms are described in each webinar's registration page. Generally:
Live webinars require attendance at the scheduled time. Refunds for non-attendance are available only where explicitly stated.
If a webinar is cancelled by us, you may choose a refund, rescheduling, or access to recorded materials.
12. Digital products
Digital products include PDFs, templates, worksheets, recorded courses, playbooks, and similar materials.
Refunds are typically not available after delivery or access, except where a material technical defect prevents access.
For technical issues, contact hello@marketingarchitect.net with your name, the product purchased, payment date, and a description of the issue.
13. EU/UK consumer 14-day withdrawal right
If you are a consumer ordinarily resident in the EU or UK acting outside the scope of your trade or profession, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of conclusion.
Statutory exceptions apply:
Services that are fully performed with your prior express consent, where you acknowledged that the right of withdrawal would be lost
Products or services personalized to your specifications
Digital content delivery commenced with your prior consent, where you acknowledged that the right of withdrawal would be lost
Other exceptions specified by applicable law
This 14-day right is in addition to (not in place of) the product-specific refund terms above; where one provides better protection, that one applies.
Bank account details (if refund is to be issued via bank transfer)
We review and respond within a reasonable timeframe per this Policy and applicable law.
15. Refund method and timing
Refunds are issued via the same payment method as the original payment, unless the parties agree otherwise. For bank transfers, refunds are sent to the account the client originally paid from or another account designated in writing.
For approved refunds under this Policy, payment is initiated within 14 calendar days of approval. Where third-party payment processors are involved, settlement timing depends on the processor and the client's bank.
16. Service interruption (provider side)
If we cancel a course, webinar, workshop, or service we are obligated to deliver, you will receive, at your choice:
A full refund of fees paid for the cancelled portion
Rescheduling to a future date
Alternative materials or recordings
Another mutually agreed solution
17. Technical issues
If you cannot access content you've paid for due to a technical problem on our end, contact hello@marketingarchitect.net with your name, product name, payment date, problem description, and screenshots if available. We'll resolve, replace access, or refund where appropriate.
18. Third-party platforms
We rely on third-party platforms (payment processors, video conferencing, file sharing, learning management, email). Outages, errors, or service changes by those providers are governed by their own terms. We work to mitigate the impact on you and apply this Policy fairly in such cases.
19. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy. Updated versions take effect on publication on this page, with the new "Last updated" date. Engagements already in progress under specific written agreements are governed by the version in effect at the start of the engagement, unless the parties agree to update them.
